Melissa Suzanne George, an australian actress, businessperson and model who is also an inventor and model. Melissa George started out her career as a model and actor in Australia, but eventually relocated to Hollywood. A native of the city of Perth George began her journey in dance and creative roller skating. Her modeling career began in her early teens and won the Western Australian title of teenage Model of the Year back in the year 1992. Her screen debut was in an episode of the Seven Networks' soap series Home and Away the following year. The actress made her debut on the big screen in the mystery thriller Dark City and essayed various support roles in films such as Alias The Limey and Down with Love before making her first appearance as the female lead in a mainstream Hollywood project, in the 2005 version of The Amityville Horror . Her popularity on American films is testimony to her accomplishments. George launched Style Snaps, her product as the inventor.
